Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. One payment, no renewals. If Calyx raises prices or changes its subscription tiers in future, your Founder access is unaffected. The only exception is major new standalone modules, which may be offered as optional paid add-ons. Core platform access is yours forever.
We will give Founder members at least 90 days notice and provide a full data export before closing. We are not planning to shut down - but we think it is worth being honest about what a lifetime deal means.

Yes, when they launch. Coming soon features are included in your tier at no extra cost when they become available. Planned features are roadmap items that Founders help prioritise - they are not guaranteed but will be shaped by Founder input.
Founder Access replaces the free trial. You get immediate full access on payment. If you would prefer to trial before committing, the standard 30-day free trial is available at usecalyx.app/pricing.
A private workspace where you can talk directly to the Calyx team, report bugs, request features, and connect with other Founder clinics. We check it daily during UK business hours.
Calyx is built on Supabase with row-level security. Your clinic data is fully isolated from every other clinic on the platform. We are registered with the ICO and process data in accordance with UK GDPR. Full details at usecalyx.app/privacy.
A location is a physical clinic address. A single clinic with multiple treatment rooms is one location. Two separate premises are two locations. Founder Pro supports up to three locations under one account.
