A signable Data Processing Agreement.
Every clinic gets a written DPA naming a real legal entity as your processor, so your own UK GDPR Article 28 obligations are met. Ask and we will send it before you enter a single patient record.
Genuine data isolation.
Every clinic's data is separated at the database level with row-level security, so one clinic can never see another's patients.
Honest about compliance.
We support your duties as data controller under UK GDPR. We never claim HIPAA, which is a US framework that does not apply to UK clinics.
Proper payment handling.
Card payments run through Stripe, with Square available on Professional and above, and no card data ever touches our servers.
